Implement innovative bystander education that engages and empowers several city entities to stand up against sexual harassment and assault.
Substantially reduce sexual violence in the City of Philadelphia.
Make Philadelphia a safer city measured by external groups.
Philadelphia Mayor, Council and related leadership recognized for proactive response and significant measurable success.
